ANALISIS KONVERSI LAHAN USAHA TANI KOPI DI KABUPATEN KERINCI
The trend of decreasing land area for coffee farming in Kerinci Regency is possible that there has been a land conversion/conversion from one type of farming to another type of farming or a change in farming patterns, the pattern of farming activities is influenced by several factors and one of the factors that influence it is social factors and factors farmer's economy which includes; age, education level, farming experience, number of dependents and land ownership. This causes researchers to want to know the efficiency and identify the factors that affect the conversion of coffee farming in Kerinci Regency. Therefore, the researchers conducted an analysis of land conversion for coffee farming in Kerinci Regency. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and then analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency and identification of social, economic and technical factors that affect the conversion of coffee farming land in Kerinci Regency. The results of this study indicate that the average production cost of coffee farming, the income of farmers from coffee farming, is Rp. 17,675,996/ha/year, 2) Social factors, namely public recognition, are the main reasons for 33% of respondent farmers and time allocation for traditional activities. customs of 26.67% to convert some of the land for coffee farming in Kerinci Regency. Meanwhile, the economic factor, namely price, is the main reason for 33.3% of respondents, and 30% profit, which is the reason for the respondent farmers to convert coffee farming land. As well as technical maintenance factors, namely the maintenance process as the main reason for 56.67% of farmers to convert coffee farming land in Kerinci Regency.
