Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Work Stress and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Employees of the City of SungaiFull Education Office and the magnitude of the influence Simultaneously The research methodology used is a descriptive approach qualitative and quantitative descriptive. 1. The work environment variable partially has no effect on the performance of the education office employees in Sungaipuh City, and the magnitude of the influence is only 16.31%. 2. The variable of work stress partially has no effect on the performance of the education office employees in the City of Sungai Kunci, and the magnitude of the effect is only 9.13%. 3. The variable of work discipline is partially influenced by the discipline of the performance of the education office employees of the City of Sungai Kunci, and the magnitude of the influence is only 23.79%. 4. The work environment, work stress and discipline simultaneously have an influence on the performance of the education office employees of Sungai Full City, and the magnitude of the influence is only 49.3%.
